BarSnap, its name, design, recipes, photography, and content are owned by BarSnap or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them within the app for personal use, but not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.

BarSnap is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Recipes and ingredient identification are provided for general informational purposes and may not be complete or accurate. Use your own judgement, especially regarding allergies and responsible consumption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarSnap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms as BarSnap grows and changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
