Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information BarSnap collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. It reflects the current version of the app.

Information we collect

Account information. If you create an account, we store the email address you sign up with so we can authenticate you and sync your saved bar across devices.

Your bar. When you sign in, the bottles and ingredients you add or snap are saved to your account so you can return to them. As a guest, this information stays on your device for the current session only and is not saved to our servers.

Photos you snap. When you use the AI Snap feature, the photo you take is sent to our vision provider to identify ingredients. Photos are used to return your results and are not published or sold.

Usage analytics. We collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as which pages are viewed and what people search for) to understand how BarSnap is used and improve it. This is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use the information above to provide and improve BarSnap: to sign you in, save and sync your bar, return cocktail matches, and make the app better over time. We do not sell your personal information.
