Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Triple Sec
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Lemon twist · optional garnish
Method

Add the gin, triple sec, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker.

Dry-shake without ice to build the foam, then shake again hard with ice.

Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
The Story
Perfected in the 1920s by Harry Craddock at the American Bar of London's Savoy, who refined an earlier crème-de-menthe version into the gin, orange liqueur, and lemon trio we know. The egg white gives it a silky, snow-white crown fitting its name.
