The Story
The Piña Colada is Puerto Rico's best-known drink, built on pineapple, coconut, and rum. The virgin version, sometimes sold as a Nada Colada, keeps the pineapple and coconut and drops the rum, and it is a poolside staple for anyone not drinking.
