The Story

Suze, the French gentian aperitif first made in 1889, is bright yellow and earthily bitter. Poured over ice and topped with tonic, it becomes one of the most popular aperitif serves in France: a drink that tastes like the quinine in tonic and the gentian in Suze are old friends.
