The Story
The fizz family is defined by soda, and its egg variants are named by colour: add the egg white and you have a Silver Fizz, the yolk makes a Golden Fizz, and a whole egg makes a Royal Fizz. The Silver Fizz is the elegant one, a Gin Fizz with a cloud of foam that gives it a smooth, almost creamy body.
