Fiery ginger and lime over malty Scotch with a hint of smoke. Crisp, spicy, and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Blended Scotch
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer
  • Lime wedge · optional garnish

Method

    Add the Scotch and lime juice to a copper mug filled with ice.

    Top with the ginger beer.

    Stir gently to combine.

    Garnish with a lime wedge.

The Story

The Mule formula of spirit, lime, and ginger beer has been adapted to every base. With Scotch, sometimes called a Gaelic or Highland Mule, the ginger's heat plays against the whisky's malt and smoke.
