Ingredients

  • 2 oz Blended Scotch
  • 4 oz Soda Water
  • Lemon twist · optional garnish

Method

    Add the Scotch to a highball glass filled with ice.

The Story

Scotch and soda is the original highball, a mid-century staple that made whisky into a long, refreshing drink. In Japan the whisky highball became a national habit, and the format is now the simplest way to show off a good Scotch.
