San Francisco
ClassicOrange, pineapple, and lime, shaken with egg white. A true IBA non-alcoholic cocktail.
Tropical and citrus-bright, pineapple and orange leading over sharp lime, with the egg white building a genuine foam cap that gives it real cocktail texture rather than a flat juice blend.

The Story
The San Francisco is one of a small handful of non-alcoholic drinks the International Bartenders Association recognizes as an official cocktail in its own right, not just a modified version of something alcoholic — a real credential in the world of standardized recipes. Its exact origin is undocumented, but the IBA listing alone has kept it on serious cocktail menus as the standard "ask for a real one" non-alcoholic order.
