The Story
Dick Bradsell created the Russian Spring Punch at London's Fred's Club in the 1990s, a sparkling sibling to his own Bramble. Vodka and crème de cassis give it a dark-berry heart, lemon keeps it sharp, and the Champagne top turns a sour into something celebratory and long.
