Rosemary Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 oz London Dry Gin
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Rosemary Sprig
• 2 oz Soda Water
• Rosemary sprig · optional garnish

Method

   Gently muddle the rosemary sprig with the simple syrup in a shaker.

   Add the gin and lemon juice with ice and shake until well-chilled.

   Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.

   Top with soda water and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
