Port Light
ClassicBourbon meets passion fruit and honey. Tiki goes Southern.
Tart and honeyed, with bourbon's vanilla-caramel warmth beneath bright passion fruit. Honey rounds the sourness, grenadine adds a touch of pomegranate color and sweetness, and fresh lemon keeps it lively — a whiskey sour that went on vacation.

The Story
The Port Light is one of the rare tiki drinks built on bourbon rather than rum, popularized through the Trader Vic's and Kansas City bar scenes of the mid-twentieth century. Named for the red navigation light on a ship's port side, it swaps Caribbean rum for American whiskey while keeping the tropical passion-fruit-and-honey palette. It is a bridge between the whiskey sour and the tiki bar.
