The Story
A gentle, old-school gin cocktail found in the classic bartending guides, the Poet's Dream is built like a Martini that has been given a spoonful of honey and herbs. Bénédictine, the French monastic liqueur, takes the place of most of the vermouth's sharpness and turns a dry drink soft and aromatic.
