The Story
The Pisco Collins brings the South American grape brandy into the Collins family, borrowing the structure of the Tom Collins and the spirit of the Pisco Sour. Pisco's floral, slightly grapey character gives the drink a lighter, more aromatic profile than its whiskey or gin cousins.
