Pimm's Cup
ClassicPimm's No. 1, lemonade, and a garden's worth of fruit. British summer, bottled.
Gently bittersweet and herbal from the Pimm's base, cut with sharp lemon-lime fizz and lifted by cucumber, berry, and citrus from the garnish, which perfumes the drink as much as it decorates it. Light, low-proof, and built for sipping slowly over a long afternoon.

The Story
Pimm's No. 1 began as a gin-based digestive tonic served at James Pimm's London oyster bar in the 1840s, mixed by the house into a "cup" for customers before it was ever bottled for sale. Topped with lemonade and dressed with whatever fruit and herbs were on hand, it became the fixture of English summer it still is today — synonymous with Wimbledon, garden parties, and cricket grounds, where it is often served by the jug rather than the glass.
