The Story

A staple of cafés across northern France and Belgium, the Picon Bière takes a splash of Amer Picon, the bittersweet orange aperitif created in 1837, and drops it into a glass of cold lager. The orange bitterness softens the beer and adds a gentle, citrusy finish.
