Peppermint White Russian

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
• 0.5 oz Peppermint Schnapps
• 1 oz Heavy Cream
• Mint sprig · optional garnish

Method

   Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, and peppermint schnapps to a rocks glass with ice.

   Stir gently to combine.

   Float the heavy cream on top.

   Garnish with a mint sprig.

The Story

The White Russian dates to the mid-twentieth century and has plenty of variations, many for the holidays. Adding peppermint schnapps gives it a candy-cane flavor that suits winter menus.
