Ingredients

  • 1 oz White Crème de Cacao
  • 1 oz White Crème de Menthe
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream
  • Mint sprig · optional garnish

Method

    Add the white crème de cacao, white crème de menthe, and heavy cream to a shaker with ice.

    Shake until well-chilled.

    Strain into a chilled coupe.

    Garnish with a mint sprig.

The Story

The Peppermint Patty cocktail borrows its name from the chocolate-mint candy and mixes crème de cacao with crème de menthe, usually with cream. It is a dessert drink in the same family as the Grasshopper.
