A frozen Daiquiri blended with ripe peach.

Juicy, fragrant peach with tart lime and a clean rum backbone. Sweet, soft, and best in late summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Peach
  • Peach slice · optional garnish

Method

    Add the rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and a sliced ripe peach and a cup of ice to a blender.

    Blend until smooth and slushy.

    Pour into a chilled coupe.

    Garnish with a peach slice.

The Story

The Peach Daiquiri is one of the many fruit versions that grew out of the frozen Daiquiri in the twentieth century. It follows the same rule as the original: rum, lime, and sugar, with fruit in season.
