Peach Bourbon Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 0.5 oz Peach Liqueur
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
• Peach slice · optional garnish

Method

   Add the bourbon, peach liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.

   Shake until well-chilled.

   Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

   Garnish with a peach slice.

The Story

Peach and bourbon are a classic Southern pairing, from peach tea to the Peach Bourbon Smash. This sour keeps the format of a Whiskey Sour and lets peach liqueur do the sweetening.
