Passion Fruit Swizzle

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gold Rum
• 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice
• 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• Mint sprig · optional garnish

   Add the gold rum, passion fruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters to a highball glass.

   Fill the glass with crushed ice and swizzle until the glass frosts.

   Top with more crushed ice.

   Garnish with a mint sprig.

The Story

The swizzle is a Caribbean tradition, mixed in the glass with a forked twig called a swizzle stick. This version pairs the classic rum swizzle formula with passion fruit, a signature tiki flavor.
