Negroni

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

Method

   Add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.

   Stir until well chilled, about 20 seconds.

   Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.

4. 4

   Express an orange peel over the top and drop it in.
