Navy Grog
ClassicThree rums, grapefruit, and honey. A sailor's ration, refined.
A robust, rum-driven sipper balanced by tart grapefruit and lime. Honey lends body and a floral sweetness while the overproof rum pushes a warm, high-octane backbone — dry, bracing, and built for slow drinking.

The Story
Donn Beach's Navy Grog nods to the British Royal Navy's daily rum ration, cut with water and citrus to keep sailors from hoarding their spirits. His 1940s version blends three rums — light, dark, and overproof — over an iconic cone of shaved ice packed around a straw. Richard Nixon was said to be a devoted fan.
