Mulata Daiquiri
ClassicAged rum, dark crème de cacao, and lime. A chocolate-tinged Cuban Daiquiri.
Rich, tangy, and subtly chocolatey. Aged rum brings caramel and vanilla, crème de cacao adds a dark cocoa sweetness, and lime lifts everything into a daiquiri-bright finish. Smooth and complex for such a short drink.

The Story
The Mulata Daiquiri is a Cuban variation on the Daiquiri that swaps the white rum for an aged one and adds dark crème de cacao, giving it a deeper, browner colour. It belongs to the golden age of Havana's cocktail bars, and its chocolate-and-lime combination is as unusual today as it was then.
