The Story
The Milano-Torino, or "Mi-To", takes its name from its two ingredients' hometowns: Campari from Milan and sweet vermouth from Turin. It is the ancestor of the Americano, which adds soda water, and a close cousin of the Negroni, which swaps in gin. Nothing is hidden here, just two Italian icons side by side.
