Smoky, earthy mezcal against sharp ginger and bright lime. Zesty with a lingering campfire note.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Mezcal
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer
  • Lime wheel · optional garnish

Method

    Add the mezcal and lime juice to a copper mug filled with ice.

    Top with ginger beer.

    Stir gently to combine.

    Garnish with a lime wheel.

The Story

The Mezcal Mule is a bar-menu staple of the past two decades, swapping vodka for mezcal in the Moscow Mule. The smoke in the spirit gives the familiar ginger-and-lime drink a different character.
