Ingredients

  • 2 oz Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • Soda Water to top
  • Lemon wheel · optional garnish
  • a cherry · optional garnish

Method

    Shake the tequila, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.

    Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.

    Top with soda water and stir gently.

    Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cherry.

The Story

The Collins family adopts nearly any base spirit, and the tequila version — the Juan Collins — is the agave cousin of the Tom Collins. Tall, fizzy, and lemony, it's a warm-weather workhorse that lets blanco tequila stay bright and easygoing.
