Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • Lemon wheel · optional garnish

Method

    Add the Irish whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.

    Shake until well-chilled.

    Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
