Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ginger Beer to top
  • Lime wedge · optional garnish

Method

The Story

The Irish Mule takes the Moscow Mule's template and swaps vodka for Irish whiskey. The result is a modern bar-menu staple, especially around St. Patrick's Day, though it works year-round.
