Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Calvados
  • 4 oz Apple Cider
  • 0.25 oz Honey Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • Cinnamon stick · optional garnish

Method

    Warm the apple cider and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan until steaming but not boiling.

    Add the Calvados, honey syrup, and lemon juice to a warmed Irish coffee glass.

    Pour in the hot cider and stir gently.

    Garnish with the cinnamon stick.
