Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Orange peel · optional garnish

Method

    Add the bourbon, honey syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.

    Stir until well-chilled, about 20-30 seconds.

    Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube.

    Express an orange peel over the top and drop it in.

The Story
