Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 4 oz Orange Juice
- 0.5 oz Galliano
- Orange slice · optional garnish

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Add the vodka, then top with orange juice and stir briefly.

Float the Galliano over the top.

The Story
A 1970s icon dreamed up as a marketing vehicle for Galliano, complete with a cartoon surfer mascot named Harvey. It's really just a Screwdriver crowned with a vanilla-anise float — and for a decade it was one of the most-ordered drinks in America.
