Gin Sour
ClassicThe sour template at its most botanical — gin, lemon and a silky egg-white cap.
Bright and clean, with juniper and botanicals cutting through tart lemon and just enough sugar to balance. The egg white lends a silky, weightless texture and a foam cap that the bitters perfume with baking spice. Sharp, elegant and refreshing.

The Story
The sour is one of the oldest cocktail families — spirit, citrus and sugar in balance — and every base spirit gets its turn. The Gin Sour predates the Whiskey Sour's fame and shares its logic exactly, only swapping in gin's juniper backbone. The egg white is the pre-Prohibition flourish: it adds no flavor but a plush, meringue-like foam that softens the citrus and carries a decoration of bitters.
