Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 0.5 oz Raspberry Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- Raspberries · optional garnish
Method

Add the vodka, raspberry liqueur, and pineapple juice to a shaker with ice.

Shake hard until well-chilled and frothy.

Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a few raspberries.
The Story
A product of 1980s–90s New York, credited to Keith McNally's bars, where the "French" came from the Chambord raspberry liqueur. Shaking the pineapple juice hard whips up a signature pale, frothy cap that made it a cosmopolitan-era icon in its own right.
