Ingredients

  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Raspberry Syrup
  • 3 oz Ginger Ale
  • Lime wheel · optional garnish

Method

    Add the gin, lime juice, and raspberry syrup to a highball glass filled with ice.

    Garnish with a lime wheel.

The Story

The Florodora is named for a hit Edwardian musical comedy of 1900, Florodora, and is among the early highballs. Recipes vary, but gin, lime, raspberry, and ginger are the common thread.
