Enzoni
ClassicA Negroni and a gin sour cross paths over muddled grapes.
Bittersweet and juicy, with Campari's bitter-orange backbone softened by ripe muddled grapes. Gin adds botanical structure, lemon brings a tart lift, and the fruit keeps it approachable — a gateway from the sour into the bitter.

The Story
The Enzoni was created by Vincenzo Errico while working at New York's Milk & Honey in the early 2000s, and named as a play on his own name and the Negroni that inspired it. It splits the difference between a Negroni and a gin sour, with muddled fresh grapes bridging Campari's bitterness and the citrus. It became a modern speakeasy standard.
