  3. 3

    Strain into a chilled coupe.

  4. 4

Express a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in.

The Story

Replacing the sweet vermouth in a Rob Roy with dry gives the Dry Rob Roy, a pale, crisp variation that lets the Scotch lead. It is one of the standard ways to order the drink, alongside the sweet and perfect versions.
