Corpse Reviver Blue
ClassicThe Savoy classic, glowing blue under an absinthe rinse.
Crisp, dry, and complex. Gin and Lillet Blanc set a delicate wine-like base, fresh lemon keeps it tart, and blue curaçao adds the orange sweetness that balances the whole; the absinthe rinse leaves a cool anise perfume. Bright and deceptively strong, in glowing blue.

The Story
The Corpse Reviver No. 2 is Harry Craddock's equal-parts classic from the 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book — gin, orange liqueur, Lillet, and lemon, with a wash of absinthe. The blue version keeps the whole architecture and simply swaps blue curaçao for the triple sec, turning one of the most balanced sours ever written a startling glacial blue. Same drink, same warning Craddock gave it: delicious, but not to be taken lightly.
