Colorado Bulldog
ClassicA White Russian with a splash of cola — creamy, fizzy and moreish.
Creamy, sweet and effervescent. Coffee liqueur and cream give it a milkshake softness, then the cola arrives with caramel fizz and just enough bite to stop it cloying. Vodka keeps it quietly boozy underneath. A grown-up ice-cream float.

The Story
The Colorado Bulldog is what happens when a White Russian meets a Cuba Libre: the creamy coffee base of the Russian, lengthened and lifted with a splash of cola. It surfaced in the 1970s and '80s, when creamy, crowd-pleasing "dessert" drinks were everywhere, and it endures because the cola does something clever — its acidity and fizz cut the richness and keep the whole thing dangerously easy to drink.
