Bright and citrus-forward, orange and pineapple's sweetness cut by lemon's acidity, with grenadine adding a faint pomegranate depth and a soft pink hue rather than real sweetness.

The Story

The Cinderella has circulated on mocktail menus since at least the mid-20th century as one of the few non-alcoholic drinks bartenders actually shake — most soft drinks are simply built and stirred, but a three-juice blend benefits from a real shake the same way a Whiskey Sour does. Its name follows the same convention as the Shirley Temple and Roy Rogers: something with a recognizable, family-friendly identity rather than a literal description of the ingredients.
