Chocolate Old Fashioned
ClassicThe Old Fashioned, deepened with chocolate bitters — dark, boozy, dessert-adjacent.
Deep, spirit-forward and just off-dry. Bourbon's caramel and vanilla meet the dark, cocoa-and-spice lift of chocolate bitters, demerara rounding the edges and an orange peel brightening the top. It reads as chocolate without being sweet — a dessert Old Fashioned for grown-ups.

The Story
The Chocolate Old Fashioned is a modern craft-bar riff on the oldest formula there is — spirit, sugar, bitters — that leans on chocolate bitters and a rich demerara syrup to pull cocoa notes out of the bourbon. It reflects the way contemporary bartenders treat bitters as a flavoring rather than just a seasoning, turning a familiar classic into something that drinks like an after-dinner sipper without a drop of liqueur.
