Chocolate Negroni
ClassicThe bittersweet classic with a whisper of cacao.
Bittersweet, herbal and faintly chocolatey. The Negroni's familiar structure — juniper, bitter-orange Campari, herbal sweet vermouth — carries a soft undercurrent of cocoa that rounds the bitterness without smothering it. Complex and spirit-forward, an aperitivo that leans toward the after-dinner hour.

The Story
The Chocolate Negroni is a modern variation on the equal-parts classic, born of the craft era's habit of nudging the Negroni in new directions — mezcal, white, sbagliato, and here, chocolate. A small measure of white crème de cacao slips into the gin-Campari-vermouth spine without breaking it, adding a cocoa richness that plays surprisingly well against Campari's bitter orange. Chocolate and bitter-orange are, it turns out, old friends.
