The Story
A child of the 1990s cocktail revival, the Chocolate Martini rode the same "martini everything" wave that gave us the Appletini and the Espresso Martini. Splitting white and dark crème de cacao gives it real cocoa depth without the cloying sweetness of the syrupy versions, and a short pour of cream turns it silky.
