Bushwacker
ClassicA frozen coffee-chocolate milkshake for grown-ups — the Caribbean beach classic.
Thick, frozen and decadent. Coffee liqueur and dark crème de cacao lay down mocha depth, Irish cream and heavy cream turn it into a proper milkshake, and dark rum keeps it warm and boozy beneath the cold. Sweet, creamy and dangerously smooth — dessert and cocktail in one glass.

The Story
The Bushwacker was born in the Caribbean in the 1970s — most trace it to a bar on Saint Thomas — and washed ashore on the Gulf Coast, where it became a fixture of beach bars from Pensacola to Alabama. It is unapologetically a frozen dessert: a boozy chocolate-coffee milkshake blended smooth, built for hot afternoons and slow sipping through a straw.
