Ingredients

  • 2 oz Brandy
  • 4 oz Soda Water
  • Lemon twist · optional garnish

Method

    Add the brandy to a highball glass filled with ice.

The Story

Brandy and soda was the fashionable long drink of Victorian clubs, and for a time it was as common as Scotch and soda. It is the simplest way to enjoy a good brandy as a refresher.
