Beergarita
ClassicA frozen-margarita-meets-cerveza mash-up — tequila and lime lengthened with cold lager.
Tart, salty and easy-drinking. The tequila-lime margarita core is all there — bright citrus, agave warmth, a salted rim — but the lager stretches it out, adding fizz and a malty backbone while dialling down the sweetness and the strength. Refreshing and fun rather than serious. A margarita you can drink by the pitcher.

The Story
The Beergarita — also known as a Coronarita or a Bulldog Margarita — is a Tex-Mex bar invention, the happy collision of two of the region's favourite drinks: the margarita and the ice-cold cerveza. In its most theatrical form it arrives as a full margarita with an upended bottle of Mexican lager plunged into the glass, the beer draining slowly into the drink as you go. Stripped of the showmanship, it is a margarita built long and topped with lager — lighter, fizzier and more sessionable than the original. It belongs to sunny patios and taco nights, and makes no claim to subtlety.
