Barracuda
ClassicRum and Galliano meet pineapple and prosecco — a tropical toast.

The Story
The Barracuda is a disco-era crowd-pleaser that splits the difference between tiki and the champagne cocktail: gold rum and vanilla-herbal Galliano built on pineapple and lime, then lengthened with prosecco instead of soda. It's the kind of drink that turns up on cruise menus and beach bars, all sunshine and bubbles — proof that a sparkling cocktail doesn't have to be buttoned-up.
