Ingredients

- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Grenadine
- Lime wheel · optional garnish

The Story
The Bacardi Cocktail is a Daiquiri variation that swaps simple syrup for grenadine, giving it a blush-pink colour and a gentle pomegranate sweetness. It is best known for a court case: a 1936 New York ruling is often cited as holding that a drink sold as a Bacardi Cocktail had to be made with Bacardi rum. The name has been a promise about the bottle ever since.
